Scott C. Smull, CEO & CFO

The PriMetricaAsia management team came together in mid-2006 through the shared vision and strategy now being executed at PMA. They serve as the senior management of PriMetricaAsia.

Scott C. Smull, CEO & CFO - Promoted to CEO in March 2008, Scott brings 30 years of proven financial leadership, most notably guiding companies through periods of double-digit growth. Scott's extensive experience includes business development, financial leadership, operations, M & A activity, and capital fundraising. Most recently, Scott served as the Vice President of Finance and CFO for Preventsys, a pioneer in IT security and compliance software systems, which was sold to McAfee, Inc. in June 2006. Scott has served as the EVP and/or CFO for DispenseSource, Purepulse, Linkabit, Comstream and several other companies. At Purepulse he also served as VP of Global Business Development. Scott earned both an M.B.A. and a B.A. from Willamette University and studied at the International College of Commerce and Economics in Kawagoe City, Japan.
